Fitness Routine with Your Partner

Health is an important factor in supporting a good relationship. You can enjoy more delightful moments with your partner when your physical condition is well-maintained, can't you?

Here are some activity ideas you can try with your partner:

  1. Create a healthy competition
    If you enjoy small competitions, you can plan a simple healthy contest with your partner. For example, you could go jogging together and race to see who reaches the finish line first. Or, challenge each other to see who can lose 3kg the fastest. Don’t forget to decide on a small reward for the winner from the loser.

  2. Plan a healthy diet together
    Creating plans with a loved one can be a delightful experience. If you’ve already made plans for vacations or saving money together, try applying this teamwork to a healthy diet plan. You can both discuss and choose the best diet type that suits you.

  3. Cook together
    Dining at a restaurant with your partner is romantic, but cooking your favorite dishes together can be equally enjoyable. Shopping for groceries together allows you to pick the best ingredients while keeping an eye on expenses to stay within your budget.

  4. Enroll in the same fitness class
    Exercising is an excellent way to maintain health and fitness. You and your partner can join the same fitness class. This makes working out more fun as your loved one shares the same activity with you.

  5. Go hiking
    Hiking is a recreational activity that also keeps your body actively moving. If you’ve never tried it before, plan a hike with your partner to the nearest mountain during the weekend or the next holiday season.
