Here are some tips to boost productivity after a long holiday that are worth trying, including:
Start by completing the easiest tasks.
Engage in light exercise to help release stress hormones.
Consume nutritious food.
Tidy up the workspace that has been left unattended.
Prepare your belongings or work equipment ahead of time.
Prepare comfortable and favorite outfits.
Struggling to regain productivity is a normal thing. However, we have an obligation to reignite our enthusiasm to work and engage in other productive activities.
